Our proven six-step process will give you reassurance and confidence. You’ll know that you have chosen the best company to re-roof your biggest asset.
STEP 1 – Inspection – with report and recommendations
We will conduct an inspection of your property and provide a full report on the condition of your roof, and any other aspects of the project you would like us to check. The report will include photos and any recommendations for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
With this in hand, you’ll be able to make informed decisions about your property’s future.
STEP 2 Acceptance – planning colours and materials
This step is all about deciding what is the best fit for your home or building. We have a vast selection of colours and materials to suit every style of architecture. We’ll provide sound advice, and can assist you in making any decisions you need help with.
STEP 3 – Project planning
Together will work out a suitable time-line to carry out the work you require, and other details like the placement of materials.
STEP 4 – Compliance
“Do I need to inform my insurance company?” “Do I need council consent before I start?” These are questions Roof Auckland can answer because we provide a full service. We’re here to help you meet all compliance requirements, and keep you informed of exactly what you need.
STEP 5 – Project launch
Before we begin performing any work on your property, we’ll let you know exactly what to expect to ensure you don’t come home to any surprises. We’ll put up safety systems, such as edge protection and scaffolding, to keep workers and your property safe – and prevent any accidents. Then we’ll get under way!
STEP 6 – Completion
At the end of your re-roofing project, the site will be fully inspected, documented, and signed off. We’ll also give you a warranty, and confirmation that the project has been completed. Then we’ll pack up – recycling as much of the waste as possible. Roof Auckland will leave your property looking like we were never even there – except for the stunning and sturdy new roof of course!
